The Saddle Brook Police Department's Community Services Bureau is designed to prevent crime and to promote safety throughout the community through educational programs and awareness campaigns. Under the supervision of the Services Division, Sgt. Havison has been formally assigned on a full-time basis to this Community Oriented Policing (C.O.P.) initiative. In addition, officers from the Patrol and Detective Bureaus also assist in certain projects. The Bureau is but one of several C.O.P. initiatives currently instituted at the Saddle Brook Police Department.
